The Blossom Hydel Park - Park in Munnar - Idukki, India

Very good and Kids will enjoy well. Need to Visit after 4 pm to enjoy evening with lights and decoration. Fish aquarium and Spa is not necessarily to visit. Must visit place with kids and Family. There are kids play items like Swing and Sliders etc. Do not visit in morning time.

Good park for evening walk and play area for kids. Entry 100rs and parking is free. 20-30mins required to cover full park, maintained well. Not a mandatory attraction, Can be skipped for other better places.

Poorly maintained beautiful place. Entry fee Rs50 per person and Rs40 parking fee for four wheelers. Parking is very dirty during rainy season but lot of space. Lot of flowers. YOU MUST VISIT THIS PLACE IN THE NIGHT. it's very beautiful in the night. Nice place for photography. Milma products available. Fish soa available for Rs250 for 15 mins. Should have been maintained and built more beautifully

You can view it from a distance and drive right into it to get ample parking whether you are walking, driving a car or be in a big bus. They are probably making the entrance more conducive to the plenty of tourists that throng this area just about 2 km from the city center. The garden is located particularly along the roadside but along a picturesque site looking over a water body and the hills on one end and a beautifully landscaped garden with a winding river passing on the other end. There are beautiful plants, trees and flowers that are rare to find anywhere. Well kept gardens, plenty of landscaping with seats to savor them. There is also an aquarium that we did not visit. Plenty of places for children to enjoy but not averse for the grown ups or the couples. Centrally placed is a refreshment shop with tea, coffee, milk shakes and ice creams etc. A perfect place to enjoy the scenery, stretch your legs or have a recluse, hence, a place for anyone with any mood would enjoy.

The highlight of this park is that it is illuminated at night and therefore the best time to visit would be in the evening before sunset, and then stay as it gets dark. The park is located along the waters behind a minor dam, and as such it is well watered and maintained. There is even a small zipline here.

Blossom Hydel Park has many rare species of flowering plants and trees, and it also hosts the annual flower show in Munnar. During exhibition, the park is full of vivid and fragrant flowers. It is also decorated with lovely flower sculptures. There is an aquarium inside the park that also offers fish spa and other fun activities like boating and zipline.

Beautiful! It was raining when we visited -- the parking area was very muddy but the garden looked very beautiful. There was an entry ticket of Rs. 50 per person.
