The Bizton - Hotel in Jamshedpur - East Singhbum, India

The service is the best that one can provide at that price point. It's jamshedpur, so anyways you can expect the food to always be good. Friendly cooperative staff who are flexible with checkout check-in timings, also offer room upgrades if the rooms are free.

Its a case of good hotel but poorly managed Room tariff is rs 6500 for premium Pool closes at 5pm which is too early Food is overpriced and outside food is not allowed Doors don't have stopper so it get closed automatically and one person from inside has to open in case you stuck outside Gym is available but AC not working Reception counter is poorly maintain, never feel like going to hotel Every phone number will be engaged kitchen housekeeping etc except reception, there you have to say to call back from kitchen etc Few good points: Buffet breakfast was nice Complimentary chips, nut in every room Pool look is nice but timing improper

Rooms are nice ambiance location good. Staff/reception service could be better. I mean receptionist should not be adamant at such premium hotels. Soon it will be overtaken by Vivanta group. Hopefully everything will be improved and sorted.

Good food but extremely slow service. Went on a weekend for lunch and we're the first ones there. We had to wait over an hour just for our food to come! Additionally, not all items in the menu were available. We were expecting better given that it is an upcoming Taj Vivanta

The Taste of the food was so good and the waiters and all peoples were so gentle . A must go place to dine in with family. We went to participate in my sister's ring ceremony and every thing was so well organised and the music party was also there many family members sung song and my father also performed very well.

We went on a reception party at The Bizton hotel, all decore was amazing and beautiful. The banquet and food was great the banquet staff was very helpful. But a special thanks to Mr Saikat from the reception who helped us to get best pictures of the night, his generosity took my heart. His cheerful nature and smile was made our day, keep smiling Saikat.

The buffet of The bizton is a nightmare . I mean 799 for a tasteless food is a disastrous mistake that I made today . I went with my family and believe me it was the worst buffet I ever had till date. A BIG NO from my view
