One of the worst stay I ever had 1. They don't have allotted room for me made me to wait for 40 mins with mosquitoes 2. Receptionists are drunk 3. They said allotted room is under cleaning process. But they just took the trashes out. Bathroom are not clean cockroaches everywhere. Hairs and wet spots on the blankets literally we removed every blankets from the mattress and slept. 4. I booked this hotel only for seaside view and paid 500 extra. But what they gave is wall side view and tree side view even though there is no sea behind that wall or tree 5. They don't provide free bottled water. You need pay 50rs for 20rs bisleri bottle Overall literally hated every second in that hotel. Don't even think of staying on that hotel. There is beach within 100 meters if the climate is good if there is no rain. I would have slept in beach
I got fooled by the photos in the app. In reality, building itself is much worse. It's like a haunted mansion. Zero maintenance by the property owner. Heard that it's being run on lease. They're running this facility for drunkards only. Corridor filled with soiled plates, booze and cigarette stink. Rooms are in worst maintained state and stink. Comforter was not washed and furnitures are broke. I went as a family and was bit worried about the safety too. Won't get taxi or auto from this place, taxis keep declining. Nearest auto stand is 1 km away. Rooftop was on a damaged platform covered with plywood pieces stacked loose and was scary to step on it. Stay away from this place. Not worth taking risk for the location. All aggregators must delist this property to save guests from any mishap waiting to happen.
Resort located at a very good location with sea view. Service was excellent and staffs are very polite. Rooms are good. The only problem we noticed is that the cleanliness have to be improved a little to make it the best beach resort
Service was Ok good. Rooms not so clean. A/C didn't work and nobody bothered to fix it. Their roof top pool is good and view is good.
The bar man has his own measures for drinks. Better order Beer in bottles, and hard liquor too in Bottle. Their peg measures do nit measure up.
Customer handling is way cheap. Who doesn't even know what is meant by respect is been appointed as receptionist. In online they will show one price and in person they will charge higher price mentioning it their commission. If we asks question, they will ask us to cancel the booking and leave the hotel.without speaking anything I left the hotel with my pregnant wife, Pathetic experience
Photos in the google are posted long back, in reality the hotel looks so bad, very worst bathrooms and rooms. Pool are in worst maintenance. Please don't waste your money.
The only good thing about this place is it's location. Everything else is poor or shady. Not recommended to stay here since it isn't hygienic.
