We had 2 nights in this hotel and it was fabulous. The location is good, close to the museum and approx a 10 minutes drive to Marina Beach and about the same to the big shopping district where you'll find The Chennai Silks. The room was spacious, the bathroom modern, the water pressure was good and hot. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It is a very reasonably priced hotel.
This was a great hotel. I really like the location and service provided. Will definitely visit again. One small problem was the commodes could have been cleaned a little bit better before check-in. However I understand the cleaning staffs are really doing their best. Other than that its a great hotel and very welcoming ambience.
Staffs are super friendly but room are not so clean luckily washroom was in great condition. Management should make sure chairs are clean and bedcover are well washed as we need to get them all replaced however, their staff did support on evrything.. specially service from Mr. Raffique was great for each and every stuff he was helping us a lot.
We stayed for 2 days, the rooms were clean, and the restroom was good, they had provided a complimentary breakfast buffet for the day and it was good enough. We had dinner from a nearby hotel named Cresent , the biriyani was pretty decent and worth every bug we paid unlike the restaurant inside.
We stayed for 2 night and our experience was truly amazing. Starting from chech-in to check-out everything was 5 star experience. You have wallet parking, within the limited space, they take care of the vehicle well and they are kind. Special mention to the restaurant. We had free breakfast which was awesome and we tried dinner one night which tasted really superb. We had phulka and garlic naan with chilly chicken dry and Gobi Manchurian semi gravy which was excellent. Location is also on heart of the city. Will strongly recommend.
One of the Best stay in Chennai.We lost a gold ear ring, but they called us on the next day that they found it. Extremely honest and wonderful place to stay. Thank you so much team belstead.
The Belstead hotel is one of the best place i ever stayed. Their service and hospitality is really good. The morning breakfast was really good. I am rating it as 5 because i feel it is really worth. Their valet parking is very quick and our vehicle is safe. The room is really clean and neat including all the amenities inside the room. I would recommend anyone to try this hotel for their stay especially the price is reasonable with free breakfast.
I stayed with my family in room no 555 which is their signature room. Excellent We ordered lunch - Excellent Parking - Good Very friendly staff. Thanks for exclusive hospitality.
