It feels good when reputed brands come and start their outlets in a small town like Chandannagar. I had a Blueberry Cream Cheese Waffle that costs Rs 170 (including GST). Things I did not like about this place are:- 1) the seating arrangement - wondering how can group of friends come and chill here 2) they do not serve in plates 3) no system of serving drinking water. If you are thirsty you have to buy a plastic water bottle from them. #Absurd Anyway the staffs were polite and the place is neat and clean. Immediately they will prepare the waffle for you, and within 5 to 7 mins you will get your food. Visit them on 19th July as they will celebrate World Waffle Day where you are going to get Waffles at Rs100.

Located at Tematha/Jyotir More, it has the potential to become the snack station of the city (that should be the USP of this shop). From warm waffle crunches to cold ice cream based fillings, Belgian Waffle has the resource to put a smile of each and everyone's face. And most certainly, any restaurant or place is characterized by the people who run it. These two people are THE BEST, when it comes to hospitality. They would not only take your order with a smile but would also guide you through your choices of waffle, depending on mood and circumstance. They really know what it takes to make someone's brief time at Belgian Waffle, a cherishing one.
The waffles are unique and they taste so good! However, I personally feel that they are quite expensive for a shop in a small town like Chandannagar. The ambience of the shop is nice. They also provide some offers like 'Waffle of the day' and 'Happy hours'. I would have been visiting more often, only if the prices were a little lower.
Absolutely amazing quality of waffles. Crispy yet filled with chocolate. Proper hygienic packaging. Really impressed. The speed of their delivery was pretty good as well. Definitely going to order more.

I ordered chocolate waffle sundae , they gave very minimum waffles , chocolate sauce , etc... it was just a scoop of ice cream which didnt even taste like chocolate...in Belgian waffle Co, this dish is one of my favourite, and in all other branches I have got a really goof one..but in this Chandannagar branch I got really disappointed. And the lady seemed a little rude there. Anyways the Rocky road waffle was really great
I opted for Belgian chocolate waffle with vanilla ice cream and it was delicious. I also tried their signature cold coffee and it was actually cold coffee and not milkshake!

The cafe had a decent ambience. Nothing fancy. The sandwich that we've had was decent too. Yes they did take some time serving however, the ambience wasn't irritating at all. Overall, a good place to have some lip-smacking snacks.
