I had one of the worst experience here. I went for brazilliian wax and the staffs are so unprofessional and inexperienced. They overheated the wax and eventually it resulted in burn on my skin. Please think twice before visiting this place.

worst place to get your hair cut ,i didn't even get close to what i was asking for and they made my hair look like i cut it myself -10/10 never go there

I had the worst experience here. I took their hair services. I wanted highlights the technique was so amateur, highlights are inconsistent, my hair looks as if I worn a a highlight cap and did it myself at home. They didn't even use the color. My hair were just bleached and they said this is the final look. After insisting and seeing my dissatisfaction they applied color just in patches to cover up and get over with. Worst experience!!

Extremely unprofessional staff. Giving one star as there's no option for "No Stars". Went to get a haircut for my sister's hair. They started with washing her hair and there only they messed up. She had so many tangles after the wash like she never had ever washed her hair. They were unable to untangle her hair with hands and comb. Kept on combing her hair brutally. And when asked they replied that her hair are long so this is fine. I've been visiting this salon since 2016. Today I just got my trust broken. Never going to visit this salon.

All services were below average. They don't care about what customer is asking again and again. They just go with their poor services and waste your money. At the start, somebody at the reception will give you a package at a specific price and confirms that the staff is available to serve you. However, when they start, they make you wait for 30-45mins before and after a hair cut. They make you wait for long while attend & serve other new customers, once you are in between the services. At the end, somebody else (I guess owner) will come at reception and tell you that other person didn't know the prices and the actual price that need to be paid is more than what was told earlier. This is even after knowing that the services were not upto the mark. At the end, I felt I paid 750 bucks for a men normal haircut. BRAND MATTERS
