Stayed here every time I came to Aizawl, the last time with my family a few days ago. Excellent view, quiet and a safe place to stay. Great customer care, homely atmosphere, friendly staff. Rooms are clean, with all the comforts of home away from home.
The views are amazing from this place, especially during the night. The owner Nunu is also very kind, delicious fruits in their small garden were served in breakfast! The staff is friendly, surely a safe neighborhood..feels like home with a great view..stayed in this place for more than a week and definitely going again.
Nice & well equipped, clean homestay at IAS Colony of Zotlang, aizawl. A heavy Breakfast is included. Owners are very well behaved. One can enjoy the scenic view of morning & evening at the balcony as well as the open terrace. There are 2 double rooms. I stayed at Room No. 1. Lunch & dinner is served provided one orders well in advance. Car/bike Taxi services available. One may hire a bike too. Nearby restaurants are also available.

The perfect stay in Aizawl. I've stayed in rooms 1 and 2 with a healthy, tasty and heavy complimentary breakfast included. I don't think there is any other place in town that beats this price for the quality and service the stay offers. You also have a scooter available for rent at a price that is way below market rate. After reading a lot of reviews on Google I finally made up my mind to book the place and this is why I have decided to write a review to help others zero in on the best deal in Aizawl too.
I fell in love with this place. You get an amazing sunset colours from balcony and host is very sweet and accommodative. I stayed here almost a week and it was like home to me. Host will also provide 2 wheeler on rent for the cheapest price in the city. And also we were provided basic utensils and induction to cook. This place is totally worth staying in.
This Christmas,I and my cousin sister packed our bags for Mizoram and came across Annexe homestay as an accomodation option. And I am so thankful that we made that choice(the state and the homestay). This homestay is supremely affordable, well-lit, hygienic. While these are some of the surface level amenities one must be looking for in a homestay, the reason many choose a homestay over a hotel, is to stay with a local family, spend time with them and thereby understand the place and its people better. This homestay served both the purposes. The host, Nunu, is now my dear dear friend(If you are reading this, Nunu, we both adore you). She took us around for the Christmas Carnival and the after Christmas lunch as well. The neighbourhood is filled with warm, loving people who always greeted us with a smile. If you are considering Aizawl as your next destination, then this is a great choice. Ka law me lutup,Nunu. Can't thank you enough for your warm friendship.
Nice property to stay. Comparatively at reasonable price and good homely food. One thing to remember that fix charges first. Good experience.
