The Gym is good but lacks space. The gym trainer is friendly all 3 of them.However they dont encourage cardio,so if you want to lose weight,you need both cardio + strength training. If you are only interested in weight training-join here,you will enjoy.( except the space thing) good luck on your fitness journey.

Modern age gym with best in class instruments .. alongwith with personal trainer facility in a very well maintained environment !!

All are advance equipments..trainer also very dedicative... ambiance just wow... overall it's a good place
