I have been following Ms.Smriti Chaturvedi nutritionist diet for the last 2 months. I have had a problem with being overweight for so long. I have lost 8 kg weight in just 2 months. She gives a simple diet and the choice of food is not dull. So it's easy to follow. I am amazed how by simply following her diet and walking I am able to lose weight so fast. I am hopeful if I follow her diet which I intend to do I will be able to achieve my target weight.
I had to meet Dietician Smriti regarding my knee pain, as suggested by my Doctor. She advised me to lose my weight. Due to pain, it was not possible for me to exercise or even walk. The only way I could lose my weight was by controlling the diet. Dr. Smriti told about a three-month course, in which she said that I would lose about 10 kg of my weight. I controlled my diet as per her advice. If I ever deviated from the prescribed diet even slightly, its effect was visible in my weight. However, this issue got resolved in two or three days. In about one and a half months, I have reduced my weight by 7 kg just by diet control without any exercise. Cholesterol dropped from 289 to 250.
