Worst agency, they'll be taking 70% payment in advance only which we did. But they didn't provided the service which was promised. As I wanted to see the pictures of the hotel where we will be sharing in Lachung he showed me some pictures in WhatsApp and said this is the hotel where we will be staying but when we reached there it was not at all the same hotel. I was promised room heater but was charged the same at the hotel, we called many a times to the agency but he behaved badly said the hotel which was shown earlier was full , neither they provided the same hotel nor they refunded the money and also stopped responding. DO NOT BOOK FROM YHIS AGENCY AS YOU'LL REGRET LATER ON.

They are totally fake ! Will give you worst service and will take advance payment trust me this guy is total fraud! Will share you pic of hotels for stay and at the end you will get the worst hotel in lachen and lachung ! Trust me dont book from here you trip will get ruined !

They are not at all reputed & professional travel agency. I depend on Google reviews & booked my north Sikkim tour. But they ruined my total Sikkim tour. Don't depend them. They are doing false commitment. Actually they are middle man with no relationship with main tour conducters. We booked north Sikkim tour & wait in vajra stand from 10:30 Am to 1:30pm but they after 11 Am, they totally stopped communicate & after nearly after 100 calls Mr.Ratan pick up the call & gave story of car breakdown,which was totally false as we got information from vajra stand. So, if you don't want to spoil your holdiday, never book by them

We visited East and North Sikkim on 11,12,13th Apr with Thakur Brothers, they have very good personalities and responsible for every tourist at every time. They represent their tour package very friendly which is very easy to understand for the new tourist. All the requirements for the Sikkim tour like permit, cars, hotels they have arranged very positively. At last, I want to say, they are perfect for a Sikkim tour arrangements.

If you are going on sharing please assure what others are paying if you are not paying attention,they will charge you extra... And also get pics of hotel where you will stay specially for lachen. I stayed in lachen where food and room quality is very poor...they act like they are listing to your problem and trying to correct it..but it all a act..
