Thai Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Thiruchendur - Tuticorin, India

A good resort in tiruchendur city near to temple. Service and rooms are very neat and new. Pool access also available. But we need to book prior and it is walkable distance to temple. We can see the sea view from the rooms. Concerns: Main road to resort connecting road to be improved. Rest all are good

We stayed here for a night with family, on the way to pondicherry. We were late and we had asked them to keep dinner ready, they were so kind enough to do so and the room also was well maintained. Morning breakfast they serve you fresh and hot. We definitely enjoyed the service.

Newly Renovated Hotel with nice rooms. The rooms and beds are quite new and clean. Good place to stay. The connecting road to reach the hotel is not good but it is of just two minutes from the main road so it doesn't matter. The staffs are very helpful.

Rooms rent were too high for the location which means more than a 5 star hotel. Bathroom mats were too ugly. DTH connection not working. AIR conditioner produces irritating noise throughout the night was quite annoying.

I think giving this resort one star review was way too much for the service they provided- because they didn't know anything about service. Firstly, they forced us to change room we booked, even though we paid an advance of 3000. Secondly, they made us change to another hotel (which wasn't a resort , didn't have swimming pool and beach view) because of an electricity issue. They told us they face this issue all the time, due to overloading 2 phase didn't work , so out of 17 rooms only 6 room had electricity. They didn't give us the promised room and we were VERY DISAPPOINTED. the maintenance guy was not good, didn't know what to do with the electricity issue, they had been dealing with it from morning, but only when we arrived they told us about the issue. They did call us before about the room change , but didn't reveal about the electricity issue (correct, THEY SCAMMED US INTO BELIEVING THAT THEY HAVE THE ROOM WE EXPECTED) . They gave OUR ROOM to some other family. On the whole: 1.WORST SERVICE 2.SCAMMED US INTO BELIEVING WE WILL GET WHAT WE EXPECTED ( BEACH VIEW AND SWIMMING POOL) 3.THE ROOMS ARENT HOW IT LOOKED LIKE IN THESE PHOTOS, please don't be scammed like us. 4. 3000 WAD JUST A NUMBER FOR THEM.

This hotel is not close to temple. Not walkable at all. There is neither a direct access nor a good indirect access to beach. Road access to this property from main road was also not good. View from room balcony was not good either. Very pricy for the facilities provided . No value for the money. Frogs were there on the pool and kids got scared. There will be lot of options close to temple if you want to try. I would not recommend. Rooms were not clean either: the bed was horrible . Could not sleep well . Bathroom outlet was not proper. I was shown a room for 5k and later when I checked out they claimed it's 6.7k . I was shocked . I felt it was horrible for 5k itself but they shocked me with 6.7k. I attempted to talk to the manager and he just told me that is the price I got to pay and simply disconnected. His tone was like none will like. One of the most horrible experience I ever had.

Family room was awesome, ambience was good. My suggestion is to have south Indian foods too including Chinese and Tandoori items, as well. Rest of it children had spent a good time in the swimming pool and had fun. Family room is spacious and it provides space to have fun indoor....

Not recommend. Not worth for money. please don't choose this place so called resort. 0/5 Driver's lounge is not available. we requested for a sharing place for our driver anna along with the workers but he was provided a small space in good down where there was too much big ants and mosquitoes. we were told by the receptionist to "Adjust". Most importantly, the information given in website is WRONG. The receptionist apologised us for the same. Kitchen was not hygienic. Guys!! This place is such a waste for money. Please don't choose this place. We lost 6954rs for 2 double room and was provided with a very small room where we didn't have a sufficient space. No geyser available!! Hair drying wasn't working!! The ambiance is good outside the room and best for photoshoot but room stay is the WORST !!
