Tequila Sunrise Goa - Holiday apartment rental in Candolim - North Goa, India

A bit far from the Candolim beach if you are thinking of walking to beach. But the rooms are quite nice. The society is pretty well maintained. They have got good amenities as well like parking, swimming pool etc.

I would like to share my experience at Tequila Sunrise Goa. I stayed at the Adriatic Casa with a group of friends. It's situated at very close proximity to Candolim beach with market area just 2 mins away. Excellent service , great view from the room , very very clean apartments , fully furnished apartment from TV, washing machines , AC in all rooms (including drawing room) , fridge, water purifier , induction cooker with all best quality cookware , microwave , bread toaster, electric kettle , water heater, cooler for balconies etc ! I was super super impressed with the whole experience. The caretaker JP is extremely humble and welcoming. Very soft spoken and helpful. The maid comes everyday to clean the whole apartment hence maintaining the hygiene. The rooms look exactly as shown in the pictures ! The society also is very peaceful and decent. I had not a single reason to not come back to this place. In fact few of my friends have already taken Lavita's contact. The pricing also is absolutely reasonable and cost effective. I'm a regular Goa tourist and have never in past seen a place as clean , beautiful, excellent service and reasonable as Tequila Sunrise Goa I highly recommend everyone reading this review to definitely try it out once. Service apartments for rent , good value for money. A cleaner will come everyday to clean the house and kitchen has basic cooking utensils for one to cook a meal. Close to the beach and good locality. Very well furnished and maintained. If one plans to spend the entire day out of the house in goa then this is best option. The caretaker will help you with arranging a bike or car rental too. Good view from the large balcony that has table and chairs. Ac in both the bedrooms and cupboards and pillows sheets provided. All rooms have balconies. One bedroom and 2 bedrooms option available.

Worst experience. No provision for getting your apartment clean. Faulty equipments. 24*7 boiling water from taps to which caretaker says that this is builder's fault. Owner is miles away & doesn't care about your quality stay, lacks hospitality. Book some other place, this is not worth it. PS. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Stayed here for a week with friends and we loved it! It's close proximity to Candolim beach with some of the best nighclubs in the locality make it a great place to unwind! Overall TSG offers great value for money with a wonderful ambience and even lovelier hosts!!

The worst experience, they say the caretaker is always there but there is no one when you ask for. We where 4 friends we enjoyed being in goa. But this place ruined our days. On first day the chocolate box was missing which bought last night, after the cleaning staff came, the box was missing, we also lost our money which was locked inside the locker, what to expect if your chocolate box is not safe how could your money. And remember friends, If you are friends and want to enjoy goa, dont ever try and book this hotel. Restaurant is there but you have to go there and bring your food. Caretaker will never pickup your phone. And if you are planning with family,, stay away from this hotel.

Good home, easy access and good location. The only problem we faced is that sometimes especially in summers the water in all the taps is boiling hot. This is to do with the plumbing and connection issue of that society. My friend almost got burnt. We had complained about it so hopefully it is fixed. Before booking please call and check with them..

Very well maintained and spacious....the best part I liked is how airy the apartment is........tastefully done up apartment in soothing colors......centrally located.......v had a wonderful stay....would definitely visit again.......
