Came back here after a long gap of one year with a friend. The massage was great! We had couple massage in a four hours session. Thai massage, then Balinese massage, then body polishing and last facial. It was a great experience over the weekend!

I visited the place after reading online reviews. I asked the person at the counter to recommend the massage to which he replied all are good. I opted for traditional massage, he said masseuse for traditional is not available. I was asked to pay in advance, so I gave my card. He said card se problem ho jayegi. Wasted good 15 min in this non sense.

The only spa in the Tricity which is genuine , decent and sophisticated . Tenzin Spa offers various spa treatments and all the treatments are very well executed by the professional and trained therapists . The team of Tenzin Spa is very caring , very polite and well mannered . My Best Wishes are with Tenzin Spa and I will be their lifetime client . Good Luck to all .

Mismanaged center, paid for a 60min therapy and got cheated by getting massaged for just 45mins. Masseuse Iris, although massaged well, cheated on the time and also went somewhere in the middle for 5-7mins completely destroying the flow of the massage. The masseuse kept coughing and didn't care to wear a face mask at all, nor was she apologetic for her cough/sneezing. Told the masseuse I'd take steam for 10mins and wasn't surprised when she showed up after 5mins to turn it off !!!! The soap/shampoo doesn't even have soap or shampoo written on top. Towels are filthy. The spa is too noisy , kids running around the place. For the amount Tenzin spa charges (1500rs for an hour) , the service needs much improvement. Never visiting this spa again.

Are you looking for a decent spa centre with an expert therapist?? Your search ends here. However, it's not too big and fancy; but the therapists are the best. You should try one session first, and I am sure you will go for membership. They charge 11,500 for 14 Sessions. If you are looking for something apart from Therapy, this place is not for you. Not recommending this spa to anyone. I have taken massage from masseuse named elizabeth. She was in hurry and completed the massage in less than 15 minutes. I asked for steam. She took me to other room for steam bath. I was walking in towel inside the lobby. And the room where i was taken for stem bath, a massage was going on there. Literally i was feeling very offended. Glad, my only friend was taking massage there. But still, is this the professionalism. I have been to other spa's and some of them provide really good service. And if i compare , tenzin spa is on my top list for not visiting again. I agree they have less prices than other. But that does not mean, you should provide cheap services. Even the clothing they're providing you is very uncomfortable and of very cheap quality, looks like it was made of some carry bag from any random confectionery shop. The atmosphere there was not so from a professional spa and i think i just have wasted my money. Thank you for your services.

The cordial welcome at Tenzin Spa was great and this was followed by professional massage. Miss Migtsam is great communicator and listened to me really well. A great place to go! Highly recommended!

The best spa I have ever been to is Tenzin Spa! It was my first visit to a spa in tricity and i was amazed to find such professional, trained and courtious staff. And u get a complete 'tibet' feel. Loved the experience and the complimentary green tea as well :)
