TEMPO HERITAGE RESORT & SPA - Hotel in Gangtok - East District, India

In June, I arranged a stay for a group of 30 people and contacted the hotel for room bookings. They were incredibly helpful, accommodating all our guests. The hotel's location is excellent, offering picturesque views from every room. Convenient local transport is available right outside the hotel, facilitating easy travel to nearby markets and within the town. The rooms and food quality are homely, reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly and courteous. Additionally, they organized a sightseeing tour for our group, covering nearby attractions at very reasonable rates.

This has been my best experience so far. I've visited numerous resorts, but staying at this hotel with my entire family was exceptional. Mr. Gyaltsen, the owner, is remarkably polite, calm, and genuinely nice to everyone. The service provided is unparalleled, with daily room cleaning included. Both the owner and staff exhibit excellent and friendly behavior. I will wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all my family members and neighbors. Thanks.

Tempo Heritage Resort and Spa has been home away from home to me and my family for the last 5 days . I really enjoyed the facilities and services of the hotel like to name some swimming pool n the water is really clean kept , the gym n fitness room is packed with all the major equipment one needs for work out session. The spa and sauna experience was a great relief to the body as it was on offer . Highly recommended this hotel to any and everyone who is wanting peace and scenic view from the hotel and just 1 km away from the main town Mg Marg. Great place for relaxation. I was truly impressed by the hotel's exquisite rooms and the captivating front view. Its convenient location, just one kilometer from MG Road, added to its appeal. However, I must admit that I was quite disappointed with the food. Despite the ambiance and aesthetics of the place, the taste of the meals left much to be desired. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I found the flavors lacking and unsatisfying. It's unfortunate that such a beautiful hotel doesn't excel in providing a delightful culinary experience.

Have been here in first week of June. The worst part of this hotel is the service they provide, it is as if the staff is not at all concerned about hospitality. The food is below average and definitely not worth the price that you pay. The only good part is the location of the hotel, but the service was a huge disappointment, they were not even concerned for baby needs, and did not even have the means to make a decent meal for kids. Not recommending this to anyone for sure.

Service, Staff, Rooms are good but Food is not up to the mark. Their is no bread butter in breakfast. Food quality is not good. Overall Below the expectation.

Good ambient hotel. Most of the wait staff are good. But food at the restaurant is not very up to the mark. Otherwise the rooms and pool are good.
