Very poor behavior an irrespective person ( patient lift incharge ) & staff also bathroom cleaning staff and wiring person also using patient lift Please noted respectfully and true fully. Doctors are good but ground handling staffs ( night shift) behavior is disgusting. They behaved like they are the doctor's and patients are dogs.

Been here more than a week for my wife's delivery. We were not expecting any miracles but the experience we had were really bad. The hospital itself is quite old and there is nothing much to do about crowd management. Despite the current COVID 19 situation, you could walk into the hospital without any screening or checking. The stairway and alleyways are so narrow that it's chaos during morning peak hours. I wonder how the elevator is getting the necessary safety clearance when the condition is so bad that the damaged parts elevator car is being covered with advertising posters of the hospital itself. During the stay, I got stuck in the elevator for 4 times before I stopped using the elevator at all and each time ended up staying the pitch dark for almost 10 minutes . And imagine a claustrophobic heart patient being transferred via the elevator and same thing happens!!! The reason behind the sudden stoppage is apparently power outage!!! The waiting area for post operation ICU, Labour room, NICU and endoscopy is a small common area which makes another chaos, and just at the entrance of these places, you could see garbage including biohazardous medical waste being piled up in containers. Very unhygienic area next to labour room and NICU. We were staying in the so called 'executive room' and the facilities were mediocre with respect to the extravagantly high charges. The bathroom/toilet is not wheel chair accessible, and this is about a hospital room I'm talking about. The bed is homemade medical bed which is very uncomfortable or a patient post surgery as the slightest touch makes the whole bed shake and the patient suffers from antagonising pain. Well I could write a whole book about the experience we had but the only reason we went there is because of the doctors. I believe the hospital management is utilising this and looting the patients. Without the wonderful doctors, the place would have gone down by now. I would never ever go back to this unhygienic and unsafe place.

I don't know much about the quality of doctors here.But infrastructure was good and some works is going on. Good place for parking.When i visited there i seen a lot of crowd.They should atleast provide led boards for token.

I had been here for covid vaccine dose 1 For pre booked slot, it's on 6th floor. We walked up and down as lift is always crowded. Vaccination should have been in ground (or lower) floor where we dont need to use lift. You won't need to be in queue for long time Only cash is accepted at 6th floor, for any other mode of payment, pls do in ground floor and go to 6th floor with recept. If you have any question, pls go to causality at ground floor and ask to doctor. Others may not be able to answer and they might ask you to come down to ground floor if any. Nurse dont check or ask anything before injection. No paracetamol or other medicine is given as precautionary, you have to buy from pharmacy. Spot booking and vaccination is in ground floor.

Neuro Surgeon Ramesh CV is worst doctor, I even doubt if he is a doctor.. My dad was admitted there and he told my dad's health condition is ok, but it was the other way round... Now my dad is not with us, now also he might say my dad is fine... Shame on you ..donno how many more are gonna suffer because of you ..

They are not unable to provide mask , The pharmacy also do not have face mask No comments

It's disheartening that nurses exhibit bad behaviour. Patients and their family are already going through a difficult time and need care. Nurses need to be empathetic and provide a positive environment.
