Hi All, I had been to this hospital as OPD( out patients) The doctors are good responding on time but for Out patients... No cards accepted No UPI This is the worst thing in the hospital, Their making us to go in search of ATM when we are in emergency case and staffs who are in the cash counter are not at all responding quick and there is no proper way, like they have not maintained any queue system and it is like rushing to the cash counter. These things they have to make some improvements and the hospital has maintained neat and clean and the staff in other department are responding on time.
It was my first visit and I had to leave just because of horrible customer service. Had to wait for half an hour just enquire about Doctor's appointment. Such a long queue and still only one staff in reception counter. Would Never recommend anyone. Doctors and treatment might be good but customer service is very poor
First of all very bad hospitality. Staffs are so rough( But some of them are kind too). Talking of Doctors they all are good and well behaved . The staff should not tell the visitors in rough voice. They should speak politely and the tell the visitors or people about their rules in a polite way. Personally i experienced a bad hospitality. But the doctors are good

Carry handful of cash if you have no choice other than this hospital...
If you've been to Tejasvini hospital, you can't rate it before 5-Stars. The professionalism and empathy at this hospital is phenomenal. My 5yr old son had a collar bone fracture and the care given by Dr. George Jacob was just awesome - took time to assess need for xray and consulted extensively to ensure we take the right course of treatment. Also, the care for corona safety is very well addressed and staff is very courteous & polite.
I visited Dr. Sumanth Nayak for ACL Meniscus injury which needed surgery. Came to know about him from another friend, and indeed Dr. Sumanth Nayak and his team is very good. Dr. Sumanth Nayak patiently listened to me, explained me clearly the various options and his recommendations. He instilled confidence in me regarding the surgery and patiently answered my questions, and should say a very approachable doctor. The overall process of pre, post and during surgery was very smooth, streamlined and well thought off from patient perspective.
