Highly recommend this hotel. The manager and staff were very helpful and humble. The room was amazing. The location was perfect near to bus stop, Market, restaurants. Had a great time.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here..They were extremely accommodating.We got to hotel super late and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in. Excellent property and very convenient. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
Excellent hotel, very friendly staff - always there to help and every time you walk in there's a friendly welcome. Reasonable price for quality of rooms and service. Great location, just a very short walk (5mins) or tuktuk (2mins) into the centre. Thank you for our stay, if we come back to Munnar we would definitely stay here again!
We (2 couples) stayed at this property for our first night at Munnar (we moved to a resort in Pallivasal afterwards). My review and rating is based on what you pay for. Rooms were really clean. Bathrooms were good. Staff was helpful. You have 3-4 vegetarian restaurants right next to the hotel (our reason of booking this property). In short, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
This hotel is very good for a stay close to city. They are very friendly and provide good service. Don't expect anything apart from stay like food, games or any activities but you have some good hotels near to this hotel so no need to worry.
We expected something else turned out something no good enough parking space no facility for our Driver. Room was good spacious but service was pathetic could not get hot water for bathing had to call them multiple times. Overall ok experience but definitely needs improvement when it comes to service.
Booked 2 rooms and it's a very neat and clean place for family and friends. Room located to center of the city to access all the places. Over all I enjoyed lot
One of the cleanest places in Munnar. The rooms are spacious, and well maintained. Staff are courteous and helpful. I'd definitely come back here if I'm visiting anytime soon.

Lovely little place to have breakfast for 300 rupees after a long hard bus journey with little sleep. Very welcoming staff, allowed us to sit in the lounge and recharge. Breakfast was nice, loved the bhatura.
