Fantastic service was provided from Chandigarh to Shimla and back. We hired their car for 3 days. Toyata Etios was very clean. Driver was very polite and driving was very safe especially as my wife was pregnant. Mr Sunil is a very polite and genuine human being, he was available on call for our requests. Overall superb experience.

In short- only go if Mr. Sunil is driving himself. Else avoid. I with my family, went with them for 5 days on Shimla, Manali. Pros- 5 star only for the service given by Mr. Sunil. He is polite and loves the work and always helpful. Due to misunderstanding, cab was not confirmes but he helped to get the cab. Cons- Bipin was the driver. He is impolite and behaves like he is doing favor on customers. He was amoking bidis and you can think of smell in car after that. I found his driving kind of rash. He usually stops at a places where he must be getting commision. Like woolen stores, snow wear rentals and activities shop. He been there to sissu couple of days ago and was saying "will show you snow surely". We took rentals, activity charges were huge 4000 for 3 activities so we did not took it. When we went to sissu, there was no snow at all. So i asked h8m to take to khoksar which is 20 min from there, earlier he said "you will not get snow there as well " but then charged ua extra. HE COULD HAVE JUST TOLD US THERE IS NO SNOW NOW Instead OF DUPING US FOR SNOW RENTALS. And additional charges for khoksar which was juat 15 min drive from sissu. on last day, he mentioned that we have to leave early from manali to chandigarh at 6AM to avoid traffic. We reched at 330pm. 3 hrs earlier than expected. So i asked him to drop at airport at 7pm as we took a taxi on daily basis, he was not happy. To mention, 3 days in Manali we only took cab for half days only.

Excellent service....Clean car and driver saheb was polite. Overall good time during our 2 day trip.
