Right now, I am not putting any view because my car is under process my car number is GJ23 CE 3064. My name is Dipak Dhumadiya. I put my car at the service center for the last 5 days. Let's see how they respond? My car is new car, I explained entire problem to #Manager of the service center Nikul Patel, Sameer Patel and Kashyap Dave, they have told me that within 2 days they will sort out every problem of car and handover the key. Let see how they perform their duty . If they perform well then I love to appreciate them otherwise reluctantly I put my camplain forward to Pune office. Right now I have given one star to drow the attention of such authorities who can coordinate with them directly. If they charge higher then I will put the receipts on Google, other documents I also upload on Google so I can show the transparency of them.
In this site I couldn't reply to the responder , so I write my entire problem again .
Kindly focus on my camplain, I'm Dipak Dhumadiya the owner of Tata Nexon car. My car number is GJ23CE3064 , first I demand the permanent solution to change the entire gear box then Nikul Patel GM of service center , he said to me that sir I need to write email to Pune then I said ok I agreed but on the very next day he changed his statement like I have changed the cables of gear then I was shocked . I again explained no sir I need permanent solution so please kindly change my entire gear box. Then he forcefully said to me we could not change this gear box we have already changed cables. Then I pointed out them another gap related issued which had been created by hitting of TataHexa car, which I saw personally at their workshop date 19/5/23 . Timing between 1:30 and 3. This timing i mentioned to check the CCTV camera of workshop. Moreover, they are not ready to accept and blame to me that you have damaged your car anywhere else, so that's why this issue would be developed. I really begged but they continuously said me about the maintenance cost . On the top of all, when I agree to 1500 maintenance cost then very next day they change their maintenance costs 6000, when I agree with 6000 then very next day they changed their statement (Nikul Pat , Kashyap Dave) and said your car takes more time and cost to get 100% Solution. Now please tell me what should I do. I'm so frustrated and highly dissatisfied. Nobody here to help me. I really feel helpless.

After sales service is very poor and slow.
Parts take too long to be replaced and even small and simple parts are not easily available.
