This is to appreciate the effort of those who supported me in having my first vehicle from Tata Malayalam Vehicles. I would like to appreciate Mr Pradeep (Sales Manager) for the seamless direction given to their staff when I had difficulties submitting my documentation in Parivahan (RTO).I personally would like to Thank Mr. Sathyendran (TL Sales) for clearing all my doubts and support in selecting the vehicle variants. I would like to Appreciate Mr. Tinson (Sales Advisor) for giving me all directions on my test drive, Booking. Thank you very much and extremely satisfied with your efforts and support.I would be expecting the same support from the service wing of Tata Malayalam Vehicles.

They got the worst sales team... I was about to buy a tata car and now decided to go for Hyundai after the pathetic service from Sales team

They don't even deserve one star.... Really terrible experience. Not one guy here is professional Be it the entry level guy ....be it the team leader ....be it the sales manager....be it the customer relationship manager. Just a bunch of liars who give fake promises to close the deal (cheap sales tactic). Later on while asking the same will act as if nothing as such was ever mentioned. In short, i would say to try other dealerships. If you still decide to go with these people, get everything that say from the very first interaction in writing and record all the conversations. Or else they will very conveniently step back from whatever they promised.

Worst place with worst customer service overall if you are planning to buy car from here better go somewhere else, when you visit showroom no one attends you, you have to look at car on your own, even after registering for test drive they never contact you back, I got call after a week for scheduling test drive that also after that they never called. If you can't provide basic services it's a complete waste of time for people who visit your place
