Pathetic service, they don't even know what to do. after a long wait of 24 days I got my car back and it can be seen in the photo in how good condition I got it back.they don't have the parts so order it and once they receive the parts it doesn't fit. Tata Motors is worst in the world. I think all Indian brands have the same problem. they don't have an attitude to take the responsibility of of the situation and they don't even want to improve things. they are happy the way it is. Actually all Indian brands believe in sales not in service. things will not change until this approach changes.

Worst experience ever. Went there @ 9:45 AM and they delivered the car 7PM... In afternoon they said only wash and alignment is pending and it will be done in about one or two hr... I went there at 5PM and even the didn't washed the car. No good response I got from the staffs. And more surprising thing I got to see when I reached my home I found there is very low mileage showing on the screen,,, I opened the bonnet of the car... There was a pipe not closed which should be closed everytime. Disgusting experience. I advise people to avoid going there.

Very pathetic service, unprofessional behaviour of the staff, even work done in govt office is way faster than work done here ,there is nothing like turnout around time and their promisess will take way longer than usual. I will never suggest anybody for servicing, they will only give you preferential service if only you are buying accessories or value added service or you have high end vehicles. I have given the vehicle for normal servicing but they have kept me waiting for 48 hrs without any major problem, this is not the first time they are treating customer in unprofessional way, they are making us to hate Tata brand kindly someone suggest other tata service provider or I have to change the brand.,,

Staff behaviour and response is very nice. Specifically Mr Amit Kumar 's response towards the customers is quick and excellent. Another person who needs to be appreciated is Mr Akbar( Mechanic) . His service is much better. He is sincere towards his duties.

Very Very Bad Service. Only Time And Money waste.

Service wise TATA is improvising still more miles to go on the time of waiting! Lounge is there to wait and enterain yourself even ea are served and if you visit in summer you would get Lassi too! Also pick up and drop facility for the vehicle is available but I haven't tried it yet!

Nice place and decent behaviour. Mine was 1st service only so it was quite quick. But dont go before 9 AM and do book your appointment prior hand so that you do not need to wait much. My overall experience was good. With my Tata Nexon service and other stuff.

Worst experience. They are good at selling cars but the after sales service is the worst. Very disgusting and terrible experience. I have been trying to call them from last two months , no one receives the call. And also the car is handed over to me with new problems in my third service. They dont give any solution to your issue even ....very passed off I am sure that I surely raise a complaint against this
