Very bad service. When you call them (office)....they say hello hello...and cut your phone .....after that you call again ........you found phone is switch off. Customer Care no. also fake......after several try can't connect call. What you do in emergency situation if your agent mobile is not reachable or your agent is out of town.

Nice Team who are ready to support the customers in all possible ways The only improvement required is that the security guard at reception should be trained in the business portfolio of the company so that he is also aware that his office does more than selling car insurance

Worst service and i never buy any policy for this company.very poor service and irresponsible staff.

It is branch office. For any info, will have to go office. Location is perfect.

I bit congested location with minimal parking But the advisor over here are worth the trouble
