Pathetic service... Have to wander from one table to another... Just playing pass the ball game..Employees are busy on mobile or gossiping. Have to go to the BM then only my job was done.. Govt is right in privatising these PSUs.. They are damn chill that 31st or 30th of every month, they will get their account credited with hugesome salary. Really absurd management.

Good place, clean and hygienic. Responses are quick so recommended. However online activities are always time saviour and effective.

You can find afasar sahi. For any settlement people visit many times. I think all lic grounds are same as hinu. Why 99 percentage goverment office employees doing this even centre or state. Can anyone change This system.

One and only trusted Indian government owned insurance corporation which has high demand into citizens. Previously we all knew that Life Insurance means LIC (Life Insurance Corporation of India. But presently presence of many such private insurance providers havent affected the flow of trust & believe on life insurance corporation of India that investment or matured amounts will get reimbursed to the person easily after proper production of owning documents of the policy. Its worth do one policy for every Indian citizen, who can pay the premium amount

Not properly organised branch. ""May I help you"" desk is not available. A person visiting the branch has to move to several desks for finding the appropriate desk where he supposed to get his work done.

Pathetic service at branch-3 hindoo, highly mismanaged. Running from this table to that for last 3 days for revival of policy. Nobody care for any thing. No one is ready to attend customer. One of lady staff have gone for to take her child from school and only she will attend my case so I have to wait.. Nobody knows when will she come...And so I am waiting......Till when i have to sit here, nobody knows. Now I regret for taking policy from LIC.

I visited this Branch to transfer one LIC policy. The officials are helpful and guided me transfer the account and provided help to do it immediately.

Welly located and good ambiance place.in city like Ranchi it's feasible to reach here from birswa chowk or from mainroad .staffs are well behaved and always ready for help even for a pen if asked
