The worst.. Give false details.. I got no money as promised when I terminated my policy. Not even the hard earned money which I paid as premium for many years.
Thrissur office of TATA AIA Life. Nearest bus stand is North Bus Stand (Vadakke Stand). One can board bus to the Stand near Thrissur Railway Station or KSRTC station. Just pay the minimum fare to reach Vadakke Stand. Walk back to old Vadakke Stand and take the right just before it. Walk straight and take left to the Shornur Road. A few minutes walk and the complex is on your left. The office is a bit inside, incase if you can't find it just ask the security personnel.
I am recently visited this place for my scheduled payment.. it was very disappointed and staffs are very irresponsible and not very friendly ..They dont know what they are doing ..some staffs are very lazy and looked at mob phone..dont care about customers..feel so bad..
Customers care is totally inefficient and arrogant.. They even not ready to attend call of customers
The telephone no. indicated is not valid. Surprised why such basic requirements are not kept updated

The office is situated near stadium bus stand slightly opposite to hotel malabar. The office is in 1st floor. The officers are quite good with customer. They are very fast and helpful
