It is one of the 51 sokti pith of Maa Kali (Tara), The "natmandi" here is very peaceful palce, sometimes Ma visible from here and Samsan ghat, pond and so many temples attached here Main temple Puja/darsan time 5:30 to 20:30, Saturdays and Tuesdays are more crowded here, visitors try "Vog" as like thali with or without fish Anyone can perform Yajna if they want.

Liked the environment and beauty of the Temple. Must visit place at least once. But disliked the worst system of VIP's and General line. Pathetic condition for devotees. Concerned authorities should give attention to this.

You will get full of peace after seeing ' Maa Tara'. One of the very famous temples of West Bengal. Everyday so many visitors are coming to see ' Maa Tara'. Must visit place. It's situated about 9 km from Rampurhat Railway junction.

Temple of Almighty goddess Maa Tara. It is believed that Maa Tara fulfills the people's wishes who come to her for praying. You can get free Anna bhog items from a Bhandara, just keep searching for it. Otherwise a bhog coupon(available up to 1 pm noon) can be bought from the mandir Office (at the basement of the main temple) which costs around 60/- . Too much Panda Raaj, try to skip them.

Let nothing come between you and Tara Maa. But cutting into lines, breaking rules, etc., would render your mannat to be void/meaningless. Bad intentions never attract positive outcomes. Shortcuts are never a way to success. Ignore the so-called salesmen here, aka Pandas. It's a business here, maybe I will start one like this soon.
