I am a old customer of the place. The customer service was bad in the past but now the person on the counter is soft spoken. I ordered few things like rolls and some snack like I alway do i was waiting on my order then I sow kala jam in the cooler so I ordered that by mistake the waiter dropped the spoon on the floor and used the same spoon to server the kala jam to me. I can understand that poor guy may be not knowing he needs to replace the spoon or clean it before serving. So I asked him to do that then he did but my point is owner is makeing profit out of the place atleast train ur employees because they are old employees they should know the importance of hygiene in the food industry. Thanks and best of luck for your future. I don't want to talk about bad quality of food today

Taste and packaging is very good. If you want to order online you will get costly as compared with shop pickup. Almost 40 rs per product/food per plate. But food is very tasty and portion is not that much as compared with price. Portion is very less and price is very much. Taste is awesome must try

Place is good as per taste and pricing. Double egg chicken tikka roll is my favorite here. They have a huge variety of dishes to try from Right from starters to main course to deserts they have everything to offer. Service is good too Also misthi dahi is highly recommended

Went on Sunday. Have to wait around half an hour. Enclosed and Congested space. Not suggesting for large group or family. Not suitable for smoking or drinking. Service time was quite long. Cleanliness is not maintained. Plates were oily and not properly cleaned or washed. Ambience was unsatisfactory. Ordered chicken fried rice, chicken biryani, and chicken roll. Taste was pathetic except chicken roll. Never going to order that again. Price was average. Couples who want pleasant ambience choose some another place. Overall it was not worthy of going there on weekends.

Very worst experience with this food centre. I had ordered veg cutlet and they gave me egg cutlet because smell of the cutlet like have been egg type. I had also ordered paneer schezwan rice it was completely paneer less rice they just added only 4 to 5 little pieces of paneer. So I suggest pls don't ordered from this food centre. Worst taste of food specially veg cutlet. Finally Bakwas

Great taste and decent pricing. Worth going with your loved ones or with whole family.

Good place for taste. Staffs are also well behaved. Recommended for family, but the sitting area is too small, may need to wait if there is crowed. I loved the taste of food, the rest depends on everyone's perspectives.

After seeing cockroach on our table, I got that the place is not that hygienic and also the rates were higher than the condition of the place. Just ate noodles in which oil was more than sufficient.
