Monopolistic behaviour. Service in general is good but at times they would do as they want. Like they dont accept UPI and other online payment for parcels and couriers at the Jodhpur office, only cash , while they accept for tickets. They remove the 6.30 am bus from online booking and later when 6 am bus gets full they open.

After 30mins of waiting at the pick up point bus gone from another road. Head office staff and bus operator both talked rudely and said if you want to go then you have to catch the bus from another office. After we reached at other office bus gone at other pick up point without waiting of us.

Worst behaviour of their Driver and Cleaner. They don't listen you at all. They are not at all cooperative. Not for the first time but for every time. We don't have any good options so they will give you the same feel.

Tanna Travels is the lifeline of Bhavnagar, i had comfortable trip from bhavnagar to ahmedabad airport and liked this service to drop at airport. GSRTC is good for pocket friendly trip (Rs.120-150), but for comfortable and convenient travel Tanna Travels is best (Rs.400-450).

Third class buses and their acs are not at all working. No value of money. They are taking advantage of our problems of no other agencies. After complaining they are not delivering solutions.
