I recently visited and wanted to share my experience. When we arrived, the parking was already full, which was a bit inconvenient. Inside the store, there were only a few customers, but we were asked to wait for an employee for about 10 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes, they directed us to the first floor, promising assistance. However, we were left unattended for about 20 minutes. It was quite disappointing and made us feel neglected. I hope the store can improve their customer service.

Visited the Aundh showroom, for my first ever brand photoshoot!! It was an immersive experience all together! Right from the friendly and helpful staff who took care of everything from the moment I entered the store! The photoshoot was very well curated according to my attire and look which really enhanced my modelling experience! Special thanks to Tanishq ladies staff who assisted me throughout the day!

They have very good collection, I will get all kind of designed jewellery here for office, party ,engagement n wedding purpose but making charges are very high

The staff professionalism has drastically gone down. We had a great experience around 2017-18 during our wedding but post that we have been here several times, staff is slow and most of them aren't aware of anything related to jewellery. Pretty ill managed as well, they have no value for customer's time
