I liked so much the ambience was so clean and the frangnace was amazing Mr Dalip and Sanjit karigar attended me nicely .the bond was amazing thanks to him to guide me .And thanx for save my time with fast billing process. The experience was not very good. The patiala store had floated a new scheme which promises a gold coin on every purchase which is advertised quite aggresively in the local media, though the claim is quite misleading as i found out today. As per the scheme if a customer buys diamond worth a certain amount which is not much then he gets a coin whereas if he buys gold then the amount to be eligible for the scheme is much more say 5-6 times. So where one customer can get a coin on purchase of diamonds only worth 15000 the other cannot get the same even if he makes a purchase of gold worth 1lac, which is quite unfair and lacks logic, whereas, at the same time, the customer who buys diamonds worth 1 lac can get not one but several gold coins on his purchase. So in my opinion the scheme is quite ridiculous. Moreover usually the store gives some discount on making charges as well but due to this scheme the customer who spends the higher amount on gold doesnt even get some relief from the making charges which is usually the norm considering the fact that making charges are quite high as compared to the market. Further, the scheme is also not applicable if one makes a purchase in the form of gold coins. So the company should really not make such false and misleading claims which not only disappoint the new customers but also leave a bad taste with the regular loyal customers. However, the only silver lining in the entire experience was only Miss Shivani the dealing executive, who was very patient, cooperative and understanding throughout.
