I have purchased a ring yesterday and that was beyond my expectations as i have visited Bluestone for the first time yesterday on occassion of dhanteras . The designs are spectacular also the staff is very nice . Will visit soon . Thank you for the services . Bluestone is far more better than other brands in comparison of staff , services and overall designs .

Very high making charges. On very simple design of very small earrings, the making charge was 21%. Not worth it at all. Gold is always best to buy from local authentic shops. They were in so much hurry to make the sale that when i asked them about making charges, the sales girl immediately put the billing , just in the gap of seconds and put me in position to pay. I paid and then she showed making charges 21%. When i asked in general before, they were saying generally its 12-14%. Very disappointed. Lessons learnt. Will never purchase jewellery from this brand. Tanishq is far better.

They really have some great designs and one of the design i chose was out of stock and i needed it urgently they somehow arranged it for me within 24hrs. Really great hospitality.
