Had an awesome experience at Tanishq. Mr. Naresh Kumar was soft spoken and entertained us well. He helped us choose according to our taste from variety of stuff available there.

Not good...need to improvement in quickly presentation and all over process...my lots of time in waste in tanishq jwellers..I have been purchased only one ring and one earing..and tanishq staffs take my time 3 hours in my job time..so I don't like my first visit..and no have a more discount my bill is only 30,000/- and given me only discount of 350/-...what the rubbish..it's my last visit in tanishq jwellers..I never come this showroom again...I suitable for me only gulshan jwellers.

My recent experience with this so-called "premier" jewelry store left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. Walking into the store, I was immediately captivated by the glitz and glamour of their jewelry displays. Little did I know, the shine would quickly fade as I delved into the abyss of miscommunication and incompetence. They've introduced an intriguing concept where the discount offered during the initial purchase gets factored into future selling or exchange transactions. To illustrate, if you buy jewelry worth 10 lakhs with a 2 lakhs discount, you pay 8 lakhs upfront. When you later sell or exchange it, they ca lculate the present price minus making charges and deduct the 2 lakhs discount. This strategy appears to foster a lasting connection with customers, providing an immediate discount while considering it in subsequent transactions. The success of this approach depends on clear communication and fair calculations during future dealings, as it relies on customers trusting the store to honor the discount. It's a unique approach in the jewelry business, and its effectiveness in building customer loyalty remains to be seen. If you enjoy being misled, undervalued, and treated like an inconvenience, then by all means, visit this establishment. For the rest of us who expect basic competence and respect, steer clear of this glittering disaster. Save yourself the trouble and head to a jewelry store that understands the concept of customer service.

Not recommended if buying jewelry for investment. Huge making charges, which will take years to get back. Make sure to get all the details on diamond discounts as they don't tell you the downside of the discount. They were not transparent about the discounts given on diamond jewelry. The actual policy is that the discount they give you today is deducted when you go back to exchange your jewelry mening if you buy diamond jewelry worth 200,000 and get a discount of 25% on it, you only pay 150,000. Now, this piece of jewelry is worth 150,000 minus making charges, and GST is not 200,000 minus making charges and GST. So basically, discount is meaningless as when you exchange, they will be deducting that. They offered me a discount of 25% on diamond jewelry a year ago. I thought 25% is a good discount and will cover the making charges. I even asked the person dealing with me about this, and they did not deny it. Today after an year when I checked the value of my jewelry, it was way less almost 25% less than when i paid for it.

Today i had visited tanishq store as this my very first visit here ms naina attended us very nicely she explained us about tanshq's natural diamonds and we had great experience from her knowledge she makes our purchase memorable at this brand as we had already Tata's fan now we feel proudly to have our first diamond ring from tata's brand
