I came to know this unique gym about 4 months back .I joined to see why it is different from other gyms.To my surprise it provides u what u want....you talk about weight loss,weight gain,general strength, stamina much more....the biggest thing is that you enjoy what ever u do in gym and same time achieve your goal.trainers are highly skilled and willnot ask you for PT(personal training) though they will give you personal training.

Excellent place for member who want fitness as a way of life. Good equipment, supportive and best guidance of trainers. Many classes like dance, yoga , Aerobics , functional CrossFit , games etc. Included with weight training and cardiovascular training.
