We had a very nice shopping experience here. Collections are unique and beautiful. Haribharathi explained and helped us in selecting the jewelry with much patience and pleasing. Her service was very satisfactory.

We had a gold scheme enrolled in Tanisha and while I go for purchasing gold staffs told me that I will get extra 2k discount if I put new policy again, but after billing we came to know that there is no such discount added by them. They cheated us with fancy words and added new policy again

Nice collection and customer service... particularly Ms Hari bharati is kind and polite, convincing the customers... Keep it up

Vijayalakshmi did great job with smile. She was helpful and has patience with customers. I would recommend this store for her work. Shafeeq the billing manager doesn't keep up the word. For that only reason I would not visit this store again for that reason. Also, the store was understaffed, only sales rep was worried about. Rest of them doesn't care and that ribs the reputation of Tata. Otherwise Tansiq is best for its Brand.
