Well Malabar was my Mom's favourite go to for buying any gold or diamonds for the past 8 years but recently our experience with them in Dharmapuri Branch was worst. It took place during the Diwali season 2023 and the customer service was THE THE WORST I've ever seen in a Jewellery shop. They treated us like bank people as if we came to take money from them. The lady at the shop was not interested in showing any designs and they ( manager & staff) lied about the gold scheme rules and regulations as well. My manager of the shop didn't help us in anyway as well. Again my mom gave 2nd chance and went to get a Necklace from them but customer service was worst again. They started arguing when we asked the stone price and exchange price value. Overall Malabar G&D Dharmapuri branch has worst customer service...

We had a nice experience in purchasing we had a lot of collections and staff with a very friendly manner especially hameera with superb comfort with shopping she had shown a lot of collections
