Very good in terms of taste, quality and quantity, price to taste, quality and quantity ratio is very good. The items available are less but these are of very good taste and quality. Good for evening snack time.
Chai was good but sitting arrangement was really very bad. And during rain you have to stand outside in rain. A simple canopy with some mood lite will make this shop gorgeous and attract more customers, as customers prefer good presentation over anything. (my suggestion only)

The main attraction is the taste of CHAI. Every one can easily fall in love with the taste. Additionally you can get some snacks items like sandwich, French fries, chicken nuggets, etc. But no options for vegetarians except French fries .
