Ample space to do your regular workout plus stretch , separate cardio space . with the Personal trainer Mr. Pavan Chaudhari and loved every bit of it . His knowledge regarding every aspect involved is impeccable and he explains in detail about the correct forms and techniques required and why which is very rare and equally important . And they have many classes including Zumba and HIIT and others which are wonderful to say the least .
