Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location. The knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will take the time to understand your needs. Also they understand what you are striving for and they will get you there and further, while having fun. I opted for personal training, the best trainer I could've asked for, Ms Prasanna Priya. Have lost 20kgs in two and half months. Very understanding, very motivating and supportive throughout. I came a long way in just a month with her support. She's thorough in what she knows and is amazing to work with. One other major motivating factor was Mr Ramesh, manager, super fun, exciting and the best to work with. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get in shape.

I've been training here for the past month and here are some things that stood out for me. First of all, I love this gym. The atmosphere is so positive towards general health and fitness. I felt very welcome and here are some distinct reasons why you should consider this gym. 1. Fitness Programs are catered to your specific body type. The packages are decently priced. 2. The trainers are excellent each trainer I Know iknows their stuff and are so humble and are ready to help any minute of the day. 3. Hygiene is excellent. The locker rooms , training area is clean and well maintained. Top notch. Come for yourself and join us in this body positive fitness centre.

This is the best gym ever. They give you exercise routines and diet plans listed initially in the regular plan and you're accompanied by a trainer almost all the time. Another plus point is that they keep all the equipments and mats super clean. There is cleaning staff on duty all the time. Trainers behave nice and professionally. Very much value for money.

I have been to many gyms in different cities of india, trust me this place is good. Very well maintained, and the hospitality or may call behaviour of staff is very welcoming. They won't force or keep insisting or try to sell their products( personal trainer/packages). I have seen them paying attention to each members nicely. The equipments are all working and very well maintained.

I've been going to this gym for an year now. The workout ambience is a very encouraging factor in this place. Even when I'm not in the groove, the place and the trainer's help us to put in Maximum efforts. Trainer Karthik has been really helpful. He just gets the best out of anyone and everyone, Thankful to him.

One of the finest gyms in Alwarpet. Trainers are good and helpful and best among them is GT Karthick. Gym is well equipped; atmosphere is lively and motivating. Can see some results in just two weeks and excited to see more weight loss results. Would recommend for anyone looking to embark on a serious fitness journey.

Good ambience and well-trained staff. Intense workwout sessions. Good place for systematic improvement. The front-desk staff Floyd is ever smiling and friendly. Incredible and a lovely juice bar. Both the food and Pooja are nice. The management treats you well, trainers train you well, and the juice bar keeps you healthy.

Best place to workout, love this environment people are friendly over here . Most important thing is that ppl in this gym, so one of the persons to be mentioned is Floyd who sits in the front desk and Karthic the general trainer who is a excellent trainer I have see yet!!. If u want a good workout area this is where u need to come.
