This was not only one of the most impressive hotels I have ever experienced, but the staff made it something we will never forget. The management was amazing throughout our stay. The food was superb. The ambience was not only a reflection of the hotel, but of the beautiful people of India. We will be staying here again next year, no doubt. A big thank you to the entire Taj staff, you are amazing.

This is relatively new property i used to stay in Club house earlier which provided very good services.This time i wanted to checkout Wellington. The reception staff is very unprofessional here. Even the room service is slow and poor. Once i had to leave my dinner to collect a parcel which the reception refused to take without checking with me. It was a very essential delivery which they should be having at hotel only at first place. Also during my reservation confirmation i informed the reception that i will be paying partially by gift voucher which they said is fine but during checkout they asked me to pay full amount in cash. Receptionist even pretended to check my voucher mockingly when i insisted. Other than these issues everything was good. Very happy with the restaurant and the staff, had all my meals there and it was worth.

Great place to stay. Staffs are super friend and service is extraordinary and extravagant. Nice spacious rooms with good view of the city. Amazing thing about Taj group is that they allow pets. And also recommend this place for parents who travel wirh their child. They prepare you food as you want. Only drawback was that breaskfast spread was not great. Overall, we had a very lovely stay.

The great value for money, even better if you are having a long stay. They have fully furnished room with kitchen, washing machines and balcony. The location is very noisy, even after closing the balcony door you can hear road noise and that's the only let down but that's the orcs you pay for staying in the city. Service at restaurant is slower than expected, maybe due to low staff doing on the day I visited but that's not expected from Taj group of hotels

This was my first stay at the Taj and I'm happy to say it's going to be my first choice from now on. Worth every penny, there wasn't a single moment when I thought that this could be done better. And their statement of majority of women working resonated in person. Really good to see that .

Atrocious customer services and Pathetic and Awful experience with this hotel. Just be careful when you cancel the bookings. I was shocked to see all my cancelled bookings were never refunded despite cancelling all the bookings with zero fee. It has been months now and none of the customer service/finance team from this hotel are bothered to respond to my emails/phone calls. One of the worst experiences I have had and still the issues haven't been resolved. The hotel owes me Rs. 1+ lakhs of refund money and have gone completely silent without any response. Now I am wasting all my time and efforts and going through the dispute process via my credit card provider. Pathetic experience to say the least. Stay away from this hotel and its services.
