Taj Krishna, Hyderabad - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Apart from the excellent staff, one complaint I had about the experience at Golden Dragon was the floor manager's attitude. Despite the restaurant being quite empty at 7 pm and private cabins being unoccupied, he denied us access to them claiming they were reserved. However, throughout our dinner until we finished at 9 pm, no one else joined those cabins. It would be beneficial for the management to prioritize guest satisfaction and learn how to respect their patrons.

I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, The decor was modern and pleasing to the eye, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests.

Have stayed here multiple times so obviously biased. Location. Central to everything in and around Banjara hills. Multiple restaurants and shopping are all close by. Rooms. The hotel has been renovated. The regular rooms are a tad small however very comfortable beds and pillows. One thing weird was no chair for the desk instead they had an out of place sofa which was too tight for the space. The bathrooms are renovated with an amazing shower. The bathrooms in the standard room are very small even for a single person Service. The staff from the door men to security to the housekeeping are very polite and greet you incessantly. Breakfast. This was the only negative during the stay. The area is very crowded and the space is too small. While they have a lot of staff they got overwhelmed due to the number of people. They missed our orders and was never delivered to the table Highly recommend it. Would stay again Go for the club lounge if you can afford it

It was my first visit to Hyderabad at Taj Krishna but its not a good experience since entry at the hotel. First staff gave me the garland in my hand to wear myself. Premium club room allotted had a damaged mirror pending for repair then shifted to another room. Broken tiles in the pool at multiple places. Lounge access not activated on cards though eligible as per room category. Dishonest driver when hired taxi from Taj and got the driver replaced during the trip. Lounge is not alike we get in Metro cities with very-2 limited stuff there. Complimentary cake had Happy Anniversary written instead of Happy Birthday. I had been to multiple Taj Properties and had found it not at par with Taj standard.

I went for an event and it was really great..Good food in the buffet and a good place for conducting the events but price for food is a bit high but it's common for the luxury places

Stayed at the Taj for 2 nights earlier this week. Arrived with high expectations as all my India based colleagues raved about the reputation of the Taj Hotels. Unfortunately, my high expectations were not met. Overall, the hotel felt dated and past its prime. Decor and rooms seemed worn down. A few specific disappointments where I would have expected better from a 5 star property: - We ate at The Indian Specialty restaurant one night, and my dietary restrictions were explained clearly to the wait staff by my India based colleagues (no language barrier). Well, the food arrived, and the allergen I can't eat was still in the food. Go figure. Ended up ordering room service and unfortunately the taste of the simple pasta dish I had ordered was equally disappointing. - There was no bathrobe in my room when we arrived. Upon request, one was delivered to my room. When I returned to the room the next night, the robe was removed (?) and I had to request another one from the front desk. I realize minor, but every other hotel I stayed in in India provided this without asking. - The AC in the room worked well, but the hotel hallways were hot and sticky. No AC, just a small randomly placed portable AC unit set to 25C hopelessly trying to cool down an area 1000 times the volume it was designed for. For my next visit in Hyderabad I will look for alternate options. Not recommended.

Don't believe Taj Krishna team, behalf od one payment, 2 amounts has been deducted from our account, previously they said that, one time amount will be refunded with in 2 days, but after 5 days also payment not yet refunded. So be careful while making the payment at Taj Krishna....

It was an amazing stay and the Excellent and Hardworking staff. Right from check-in till checkout everything was smooth. Special thanks to Mr. Jagannat and the team on date 17/26 Aug 2023 who is very kind, humble, and calm at the same time hardworking. Please do give regard to the mentioned team of the above 2 date.
