I had the pleasure of staying at the Taj Hotel a few months ago during my visit from Punjab, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exquisite food offered at the hotel. Every meal was a culinary delight, with a diverse range of dishes that catered to various tastes. From traditional Punjabi cuisine to international delicacies, the hotel's restaurant truly exceeded our expectations. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff, particularly Jasmine. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Her warm hospitality and willingness to assist with any request truly stood out. Jasmine's attention to detail and dedication to making our stay special left a lasting impression on us. The hotel itself was a haven of luxury and elegance, with well-appointed rooms, stunning decor, and impeccable cleanliness. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel's design and maintenance was evident throughout our stay. In summary, our experience at the Taj Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of outstanding food, a luxurious environment, and the exceptional service of staff like Jasmine made our stay truly remarkable. I would like to specially mention Mr Kuppuswamy, who was F&B manager for our breakfast the two days we stayed there. He was exceptionally good, took extra care, very homely treatment and good the fresh food just as we needed. And always smiling. Do not forget to ask him for the one meter filter coffee in case you visit and have breakfast at the hotel.

We were invited to a buffet lunch at Anise. There was a wide range of dishes and the salads were very well prepared. Though we enjoyed the tuna salad, I was disappointed that cold cuts of ham, salami and prosciutto were not on offer. We seem to have forgotten these items in Chennai buffets. The cheese platter was good, the bread was delicious. The beef was not cooked well. Difficult to find good quality beef in Chennai. Avoid, and offer us shrimp or prawn cocktails. Service was very good and very friendly. Desserts were tasty but please include a fresh fruit platter, guys. Good value for money, I would certainly go again and a very well prepared lauki dish was hardly noticed by anyone. Also, the stoneware lids of all the dishes felt like a workout at the gym!! Went for buffet lunch..variety, quality, decor, ambience and service - all are exceptional! One suggestion though for improvement.. there were only limited number of non veg and practically no seafood served! Been to Korea, Singapore where they do excellent job in marketing and bringing tourists to their country, just by adding a variety of seafood .

The stay was very comfortable and luxurious, the food was very delicious, the rooms are very neat and clean, the lobby ambience was super beautiful, and the location of this hotel is in the perfect place.

The place and their hospitality is really impressive. Since I have been there for the first time, but their treating experience is very good. Had fentastic time there. The ambience is good, The delicious food there always memorable. Looking at the price it feels high, but it's really worth for that what we paying there. Totally enjoyed and it gave immense pleasure to me.

Fantastic hotel with well maintained rooms and amenities. Courteous staff with superb service. Food presentation is good but taste has a scope of improvement. Room dining food presentation is good, service is good All service staff we met were courteous and polite. Recommend people to choose this hotel for your next visit.
