TAJ (An Exclusive Veg Restaurant) - Vegetarian restaurant in Agartala - West Tripura, India

The dal tadka was mouthwatering and I was very happy with the taste. Located at the 3rd floor this restaurant is a vegetarian paradise and easy to find as it is located at the reliance trends building. The view is also awesome as the glass window can give you a glimpse of the nearby areas.

They have good food for vegetarians. However, it was a lengthy process to order something. The price is barely reasonable. It took a while to prepare food. Moreover, the counters are confusing. It took me a few minutes and some asking around to get to the entrance of the restaurant. It is in a galli inside a godown. Apart from that, the food was delicious and plentiful. If you want to avoid the hassle to reach the place, you can always order online.

Ambience is good enough. We tried the Dahi Puchka, it was damn delicious. Just an issue with the main entry. It was a little backward.

Awesome experience...loved and enjoyed the food..the inside atmosphere was also quite pleasant..this time I had gone with my friends..next time I'll surely bring my mom.

For the first time I visited this restaurant because I was craving for Dahi Puchka. I asked them for dahi Puchka but they said they can't serve Dahi Puchka right now because Green Chutney wasn't there! Then one of the staffs asked me " without green chutney chalega"? and I was Okay ! I actually loved this cute gesture On if I talk about the Dahi Puchka it was loaded with dahi and chutneys! It was looking so tempting. Taste was 11/10 . Definitely Gonna try other dishes from this restaurant in coming days! Now if I talk about ambiance, it was good & peaceful. Sitting arrangement was good. Overall I really loved this restaurant!

Have been visiting Taj since years now and I can certainly say that they have never compromised with their quality of food and service. The price range is decent. You can choose from a wide variety of options related to North Indian, South Indian and Indo-Chinese cuisines here.

One of the best veg restaurants for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. The dahi puris will always be my favourite from this place, it just hits all the notes for me. The dosa is quite decent as well.
