I had an extremely negetive experience with the Sweet Tooth, Jorhat. I had to place an order for cupcakes and when I reached out to them, at first the lady picked up the call and explained me what was available and accordingly I placed the order after confirming the delivery, she also asked me confirm my order on whatsaap and on doing so I was left on read and even she didn't answer my several calls. After hours of hustle she drops a text saying they are very busy and someone on Instagram has reached out to me. To my utter disappointment the same thing happened there and I was left on read. Ps- Not a review on their cakes but on how my order was accepted yet not accepted by their unprofessional behaviour.

For me personally the best thing that happened in Jorhat is sweet tooth. Sweet tooth did a splendid cake for my husband's birthday and there really couldn't be a better cake done for him. It was not just good good looking but equally savouring to the tongue. The hard work done by not just catering the to baking but also to showcase it - the work of fondant, the symmetry of water waves, the body of a swimmer etc was just amazing and shows how Sweet tooth puts it's heart and souls, eventually ensuring indulgence on part of the customer. We ordered for chocolate truffle and it had everything a chocolate truffle should have - loads of chocolate, deliciously spongy and the just the right amount of sweetness. Sweet tooth has surely become my go to place for all kinds of bake now. Thank you! P.S. Also it's within the pocket. Totally worth it. Please everyone should try their bakes because it's not to be missed.

I found Sweet Tooth on Instagram and wanted a customised sugar free cake delivered for my dad's birthday. She was very quick in responding and accommodated all my requests. Very prompt delivery and my dad and mom loved the cake. Amazing customer service and love all the designs. Surely do try the cakes and I will definitely be ordering again.

I am a health care professional and due to lockdown and duty I was not able to celebrate my 1st birthday after marriage with my family. But my husband planned my birthday surprise through Sweet tooth with the The Birthday cake, Customized cup cakes, a Gift Hamper and a Bouquet with pretty flowers!!! The response of the owner was very professional and prompt which made his experience quite pleasant. She was quite attentive in detailing his suggestions, the delivery was hassle-free and on time, the taste was awesome and the presentation was very Beautiful!!! I loved every part of it and it did made me feel special!!!

Please don't order from from here worst behaviour ... instead of red velvet cake they sent a vanilla cake with red toppings .... didn't answer my call after that see how there behaviour....worst of the worst in jorhat

So much unprofessional I ordered a cake but on that particular day she canceled my order giving a very useless reason that was also on end time...zero star... better to go for other local brand shop
