All the trainers in this gym are superb, they train us very well, I have been going to this gym since from 4 months and within this short period of time am seeing a big change in my energy levels and body....all these changes came only for the best trainings given by Jannu Daa...and Akhim daa...

Nice ambience , equipments r good ... specially instructors r very friendly n experienced one...n i know Ashim from a very long time... His way of training is very unique... Highly recommended...must visit FITNESS PALACE.

I have been working out in this gym for 1 and half months now and the ambience is very good and the trainer is very good and friendly as well , he guides really nicely , I love working out there . I must say , the trainer is one of the best trainers i have come across till date , the exercises that he gives are good and effective, the equipments are new and very smooth to use , the gym is hygienic. Last but not the least, I am satisfied with the workout and the gym.
