Unprofessional Staffs. They took booking on the previous day and then denying it on the very next day asking to pay the increased gold price. Like seriously!Attitude showing like they are doing favour by selling. Such unprofessionalism. Misbehaviour at its peak. Never ever gonna buy from SKJ. Worst experience.

Their Staffs are not well trained.I was visit their Agartala Store today but after asking to show what I need they has no response. Also not asking to sit & wait.
