Just finished the 3 nights, 4 day Thailand trip coordinated by Swapnatheeram. For such a long and eventful experience, the organization was perfect. Sreeraj Warrier was the coordinator from India side while the thai lady Mallika(also known as Gift) was the guide while we were in Thailand. Mallika(Gift) gave very detailed, clear and repeated instructions at each visiting point, was always there to guide the group of forty plus people. Very responsible for the safety of the group, doing head counts meticulously for every short bus ride, gave detailed historical and cultural summaries about the places we were about to see so that we have an idea about what we are seeing. Precautions to take for each visiting point were clearly informed, alternates were arranged for people who were unable to visit a particular spot for health reasons etc, very deep and detailed hospitality. One representative example that demonstrates the consideration Swapnatheeram has for it's patrons is that they had arranged for dinner packets at the airport as the flight does not offer dinner. This could have easily have been left to the individuals to buy for themselves. Kudos to Swapnatheeram!!
