Staffs don't respond to call. We had to keep waiting outside in the morning after reaching here and later, needed to change our staying. Booked through irctc hotel and our train reached bbsr in early morning at it's correct time but it's check in time was given 12:00PM. What the people will do till that time !!At least they could have received the calls and heard the bell rings.
Old hotel but maintained well , rooms are big but dirty. There was a huge lizard in the bathroom. Plus paan and spit stains in some places , the locks are not proper so take care of your belongings , only plus is that it's close to the airport , otherwise locality is okay.
