SVIMS Hospital - Emergency care service in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

One of the worst hospital ever. No proper response from Doctors. Doctors and even nurses hesitate to response if any queries. Canteen only for doctors it seems. Are the patients are not humans? They closing the canteen door on patients face itself. Not fair at all. Give respect to patients and treat them well.

Security guards and nurses are very irritating and negligence.They don't respond quickly.Behaviour also very bad.Treatment is very slow process.nurses are irritate us.I don't recommended to join in this.Svims rooms are good but beds are not good. Healthy food is available in waiting hall

Im the student training in this hospital... I like this hospital ambience and how they take care of the patients ...but better need to come...my experience from any hospital is ..u jus need to wait and be with patience to get treatment ....same applies here too...very long process...coming to treatment wise its like 6/10....better can be done ...the positive experiences of the pts while visiting to the hospital can be improved easily..proper care need to be taken

Doctors treatment is good and but nurses in the MO ward are careless, they don't respond to patients , they don't even reply to us , they always chit chat with each other, really irritating behavior.., if any one want to join this hospital prepare your mind that you need more patience, you need to beg the nurses for more than two three times if you need anything , even if the patient is suffering with lots of pain they don't even care ,not even come to patients bed. I hope in future the svims hospital higher authority will resolve this problem .

we are from TTD and we admitted our father in SVIMS (Special rooms) for renal treatment. we are totally dissatisfied with the kind of service we were provided. The nusing staff in the special room ward is pathetic. They are very negligent and don't even bother to respond to questions. They don't even know how to talk and at times are very rude towards the patient and attendants. Some of the resident doctors from Nephrology are very rude towards the patient. They lack basic soft skills and they unfit to be told as professionals. we didn't even know what kind of treatment was being provided to my father and the condition of him during his stay. The doctors never spoke to patient attendant and the later doesn't have a clue about when the former comes and goes. it was a wrong decision from our end to admit my father in SVIMS. Worst experience in my whole life.

Very good at maintainance and treating the patients. They even provide food and minimum necessities for the patients that they require. Nice environment around the place. Good views from the building as it is at a greater height and they are extending the building to its left based on the rush and good will that it has.
