Let me start by saying that my sessions with Hansa, have been nothing short of inspiring, uplifting, and empowering. From the very first class, I was welcomed into a serene and nurturing environment where positive energy and a sense of belonging prevailed. Hansa, exudes warmth, compassion, and genuine enthusiasm for guiding students through their yoga practice. Her remarkable ability to create a safe and inclusive space is truly commendable.

Very happy about this experience. Had a private class and a class with my partner. Teacher well prepared and informative, asked what our preference was (meditation, pranayama, hata, yin, acroyoga etc) and if we had injuries or so. Super sweet in helping us also outside the studio Lots of love

I had one of my best yoga experiences with Hansa. It was a private session with a small group of friends. I am a beginner and not familiar with all the names/poses but Hansa was very knowledgeable and helpful, she went at a slower pace and kept a nice flow. I definitely felt a deep stretch and felt very relaxed during and after our session. I would highly recommend her classes

Hansa's attention to detail during her practice sessions are unmatched. Every moment throughout the session is met with peace and tranquility. If you have any hesitance about starting yoga she is great to start with in a private session. She walks you through the whole practice and brings peace to the practice. On attending Hansa's classes, I could experience the difference in her style of teaching. While focussing on the physical aspects of yoga, she also emphasises a lot on the mental well-being of her students. I would say that Hansa is the epitome of energy. Earlier , I was into gymming and when I met my yoga teacher and friend Hansa I was introduced to yoga. The journey so far is so enriching .My mind is more balanced and at peace .
