I have been practicing yoga with svaastyam since last year. The journey with svaastyam changed me physically,mentally and spiritually as well. Aishwarya ma'am teaches yoga,pranayama and meditation methods with passion and patience to everyone.Also, my mother had foot massage therapy. It was very relaxing and the staff here is very well trained . Svaastyams products like hair oil,essential oils etc are good quality.

SVAASTHYAM HOSPITAL & WELLNESS is not a place only for physical exercise and well-being, but a place for a whole lot of learning about importance of control of mind, mudras, and spiritual uplifting. It is amazing how in a batch of mixed age groups, each one still finds perfect yog session for oneself. The yog instructor pays attention to each one's needs, and the ending of the session is mostly done with imparting or sharing knowledge on self improvement. i am very fortunate to have learnt from SHW, shall carry this experience through my life. Yoga sessions are very refreshing and relaxing. Get to learn and practise various kind of asanas, leads to improved health, increased stamina. Meditation and chanting help soothing mind. Aishwarya mam is really very friendly, supportive and expert in teaching yoga. Skin care products are natural, suitable for sensitive skin. Alovera gel, Rose Lip Balm, Hibiscus Toner, Soaps are my favourite. Body massages are very nice and relaxing. Doctor Chavan is excellent, staff is very nice and friendly.

I like the ambience.....the yoga teacher teaches asanas very well...she ask for your concerns personally....I myself observed change in body after doing yoga...best to join. Thanks everyone

If u waan try natural product then here Alovera gel, lip bam & coffee scrub are very good product. Service is good.

Aishwarya is a very good instructor. She not only focuses on physical health but also focuses on mental health. She is very patient & calm while taking the classes & gives very clear instructions. Recently got a women's day hamper from Svaasthyam & all the products are super awesome. Specially the lip balm, aloe vera gel & body scrub-they are very natural to use. Just loved them.

It was a very good experience coming to Swastyam clinic.. sweet staff who carefully explained everything... best place body wellness as well skin....
