The gym is well equipped with the latest equipment, and the vicinity is very clean, which creates a perfect ambience. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and always ready to help. I've known Riju Da (owner and trainer) for a long time; he's an expert on the floor, and he totally helps everybody out in all the ways possible with his experience and skill. I would highly recommend everybody staying near to join.

A relatively new gym but under a relatively experienced trainer and owner. The ambiance is good and people are really friendly. I believe they are adding more machines and other activities as well (Zumba afaik). Recommended if you are interested in quality training, healthier lifestyle or casual lifting even. Location is a plus for most people.

One of the best gyms in Berhampore. It's equipped with all-new machines and nothing compares to the guidance of Riju Da. Been working out here from day one and had an amazing experience.

The all instruments are modern, environment is very nice. Trainers are well educated and very helpful,specially Riju.The best part of his that he knows the weak and strong point of every single member.For me new trainer Souvik is very soft spoken but very strict during exercise and it is good for an effective training.

This is a very nice gym to train. They have very very good,expert trainers to help you through entire process. i would 100 % recomend everyone to come to this gym. really awesome
